Boy and girl twins born in January 2020 are looking for a nanny from mid September/beginning of October. The German/British family are looking for an experienced, nurturing nanny. Candidates need to have previous experience caring for baby’s and ideally previous experience working with twins.

Ideal candidates will be positive, creative and have a gentle approach. Candidates need to be proactive and plan appropriate developmental activities at home and out and about.

The nanny will be working three days a week.  Ideally Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but the family can be flexible on the days for the right candidate. Two days a week you would work eight - nine hours a day and one day seven hours. Approximately 9/10 - 5/6pm. There is quite a bit of flexibility on the hours and start/finish time for the right candidate.  There is the potential for extra babysitting every so often.

The Mum works from home in an office at the top of the house. Depending on the circumstances the Mum may come down to breast feed during the day. It’s important you are confident working alongside the Mum as although this is a sole charge role she may accompany you and the children to local classes or come down during the day every so often to play with the babies. You need to be a team player happy to help out where it is needed but confident to care for the twins by yourself when the parents aren’t around. Being adaptable, flexible and relaxed is vital for this role. The Dad is currently working from home but this may have changed by September.

The job involves standard nursery duties, cooking healthy meals and keeping the kitchen, living areas and toys tidy.

The family would like a nanny happy to commit initially for six months but they may extend the contract to a year potentially longer.

The interview will be held in person ideally in the next week.
