American/Canadian family are seek a maternity nanny for their five week old baby. 

Location: Oud West, Amsterdam

Start: ASAP

Days: Three per week

Hours: Four - six per day

Ideally you will be available on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday's from around 12/1pm although the family can be flexible on which days and the exact hours.

The baby is currently struggling with reflux and stomach issues. He is very unsettled after feeding. Due to the baby being unsettled the family need some extra support. Previous experience working with a newborn and supporting new parents is vital. Candidates need to have a calm nature, patience and supportive approach. 

​

Help with the baby's laundry and a little tidying if there is time would be appreciated but the main focus is caring for the baby. 

​

The Dad is currently working from home in a separate office space. 

​

The nanny needs to have a cautious approach to Covid19 and is limiting socialising. 

​

The family would like a nanny who is available to help until the end of April.

Requirements/qualifications

Childcare qualifications: Newborn care specialist or maternity nursing qualifications or equivalent

Experienced required: Extensive newborn baby experience and previous maternity nanny experience 

Language: Fluent English

Commitment: Until end of April

Applicants must have maternity nursing or newborn care qualifications or equivalent and extensive newborn experience and knowledge. Candidates must have at least five years experience with newborns to apply.
